The Sparklers are for sale at pyrodirect.com. While the packaging and the sparklers are brightly illuminated with neon colors they are actually more of a special effect sparkler. The effects are as stated on the packaging. They burn similar to the stars in an artillery shells with trailing effects. Certainly an upgrade from the standard branching sparkler. The upside of all these novelty items are they can easily be shipped to most anywhere in United States.
If you give these to young children they will have to be cautioned not to start swinging them in a big circle, at least that is what all the kids in my neighborhood do. It is best just to hold these in one position and let the sparkler do the special effects. Ahh sparklers, giving at least some pyrotechnic pleasure to even the most restricted states.
